Who we are

UPPER is a London-based talent agency for content creators. We have been doing this since 2021, representing talent worldwide.

By using this website, you agree to these terms. They are written in plain English on purpose. If anything here is unclear, please get in touch before you rely on it.

You must be 18 or over

This site, and everything we do, is for adults only. You must be at least 18 years old to use this website or to apply to UPPER. If you are under 18, please do not use this site.

The agency relationship

UPPER represents creators as an agency. We help with the day to day of being a creator so the people we work with can focus on their own work.

Being represented by us does not make us your employer, and it does not make you our employee. The creators we work with are independent. The full terms of any working relationship are always set out in a separate, private agreement signed by both sides. This website does not create that relationship on its own.

Confidentiality and discretion

Discretion is part of how we work. We treat the people we represent, and anyone who applies, with care and privacy.

We ask the same of you. Anything private that you learn through working with us, or applying to us, should stay private. Please do not share confidential details with anyone outside the conversation.

No guarantees

Nothing on this website is a promise of any particular result. Every person is different, and outcomes depend on many things that are outside anyone's control.

Anything you read here is for general information. It is not a guarantee that you will achieve any specific outcome by working with us, or by applying.

Content and intellectual property

The UPPER name, logo, wording, photography and design on this site belong to UPPER, or to the people who created them and allowed us to use them. Please do not copy, reuse or republish anything from this site without our written permission.

Creators keep ownership of their own work. How content is handled, used and protected is covered in the private agreement between us, not on this page.

Referrals

From time to time we work with people who refer creators to us. Any referral arrangement is a private matter, and the details are set out in a separate agreement made directly with that person. Nothing on this website sets the terms of a referral, or creates one on its own.

This website is here to tell you about UPPER. It is not an offer, a contract, or financial or legal advice. We may update or change what is on this site at any time, including these terms.
